What is the best post workout bar for women?

I like powerbar, but pria doesn’t have as much protein as I’d like in a post workout bar-

My workout is 35 minutes cardio (sprinting and cycle) with 10 minutes bicycle crunches so I break a pretty solid sweat and lose quite a few calories.

Not looking to gain or lose weight just maintain my muscle tone and current weight-

Honestly protein bars arent good. Too much sugar, bad quality protein and not enough of it.

Just go with a basic whey protein shake, little to no sugars, better protein and more of it and much cheaper per serving.

Most protein shakes work out to about $0.40 – $0.50 per serving, where as protein bars run about $1 – $3 each.
