Jazz Drum Kit

Is this a good starter drum kit? or Can you recommend a better one?

I’m into drumming but never tried it before so I’m going to buy one and practice practice and practice! Is that a good starter’s drum set or should I buy a different one? I don’t want to end up with a jazz drum kit that sounds totally different from a rock/metal one which is the kind of music Ill be playing! I could go to a music shop and ask them myself but they will say their cheapest one is the best one out there because they just want to sell it! I know how those guys work 
so Yeh do you think I should get that or do you have any better ones that you’d like to recommend?

as a starter kit it looks great and at a very good price
you will have to go a long way to get better value for money
