First things first a 21 year old car may have plenty of issues you need to address. A electric blower 3 to 4 inches in diameter just how much air flow you can blow down a tube with a electric motor and propeller. The pistons in the engine displace far more air than that little fan can produce. Is the car electrical system up to the extra load of a 10 amp fan?
